Life happens—we get it! If you need to reschedule, please give at least 72 hours' notice. Retainers are transferable to a new date (based on availability), but non-refundable in the event of cancellation. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the retainer.

For outdoor sessions, I monitor the weather closely. If rescheduling is needed due to unsafe or unfavorable conditions, I’ll work with you to choose a new date with no additional fee.

Absolutely. I’m fully insured and can provide proof of insurance upon request—especially helpful if your venue requires it.

Yes. A non-refundable retainer (usually 50% of the total fee) is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due by the day of the session or event. This ensures that your time slot is reserved and planning can begin.

To ensure availability, it's best to book at least 4–6 weeks in advance—especially for weekends and seasonal events. However, I may have last-minute openings, so feel free to contact me to check availability.

Turnaround times vary depending on the session type. For portrait sessions, expect 1 week. For larger events like weddings, the delivery may take 2–4 weeks.

Rush editing may be available for an additional fee.

I look carefully at each and every image I capture at your session and hand select the best images. I am looking for images that accurately showcase your best side and represent me as an artist. I guarantee the minimum of  images specified, but there are usually many more included. Lucky you!

Photos are delivered via a secure online gallery, where you can download high-resolution images and order professional prints. Galleries typically stay active for 7 days—please download your images promptly.

Yes! I love when clients share their images. I only ask that you credit or tag me when posting on Instagram @VikVisual or other platforms. Personal use is fully permitted, but commercial or promotional use requires prior approval.

All delivered images remain the intellectual property of the photographer and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
